RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At the Chrome Collective we want to enable good lives for everyone ... so if you're not happy with your purchase, we will refund, replace or exchange it as long as you let us know within 30 days and

  • Your return is unused, in original condition, and includes packaging.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of your order.
  • You are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.

I received the wrong product
Oops. Sorry about that. Our apologies and we'll sort that out right away. Please let us know via email and we'll contact you to sort out return and replacement at no cost to you.

I changed my mind
It happens. We understand. Return it to us unopened, unused and in original condition within 10 days and we will exchange it for something else. You will need to cover the return of the item to us.

My parcel is damaged
Oh no! We hate it when that happens. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can lodge a freight claim and arrange replacements for you. If possible, please email us a photo & details of damage.
Contact our helpful customer service team to arrange a replacement for a damaged parcel.
